    Not by much. She has permanent damage to her wrist and will be incapable of many normal things for the rest of her life.

    She experiences “ongoing daily” pain, “as it was not possible to fully repair” the nerves and tendons in her hand and wrist, the complaint says.

    Daily tasks are now a struggle for her, including cleaning, preparing meals and taking out the garbage.

    On a side-note, copy-pasting text from the article forces some stupid share link. I’ve never seen that before…

      That’s just what you tell the insurance company.

      And historically speaking, sword fights have rather more severe outcomes.

      That was the joke.

        Maybe, but it’s also very likely she did receive permanent damage from a sword. Lot of important bits in your wrist.

        Like, I’m glad she didn’t lose her hand or a limb, but she will forever struggle in life. That sucks and I can relate, so I hope she can overcome it.
