to say everyone not willing to take whatever punishment is out there for refusing is fair game to kill pretty far out there to me.

Currently, it’s 100 days in prison from a quick google search.

So yes, anyone willing to commit genocide instead of spending 100 days in prison is absolutely fair game.

That’s also how these things usually work. I’m certain the percentage of soldiers in the Russian army that actually want to be there is very low, and they have to deal with a lot more then just 100 days in prison if they refuse. They must be mowed down regardless.

That doesn’t fucking mean that Ukraine would be in the right for regarding all Russians who’ve went through mandatory military service but are now out of it as targets.

Apologia for murdering civilians is not welcome here.

I wouldn’t exactly call any reservist currently occupying Ukrainian land a civilian. It’s a tough subject and there are valid points on each side.

That being said, it’s not antisemitic to view idf and ex-idf currently occupying palestinian land as valid targets.

If you want to talk about if it’s moral, follow the link and argue with him. I’m talking about the “if you are critical of the state of israel, you are a nazi” aspect.
