WASHINGTON- Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is doubling down on his view that toxins in the environment contribute to autism with a series of new studies to investigate the issue as scientists continue to push back on his claims.

      I fully expect that this administration to come up with a bullshit way not comply with FoIA requests.

        I fully expect the ruling regime and their lieutenants who now control all of these agencies to just issue blanket directives to refuse to comply with FOIA going forward. They’ve already openly and flagrantly refused to comply with Supreme Court rulings. This would be peanuts compared to that.

        I submitted ~50 to various agencies after the Musk chainsaw incident. Unfortunately, many of my first requests lacked the necessary specificity. BUT, all of the low level employees were very helpful in making suggestions for remedying that. Most of them have been actively worked (googling myself caused me to see that i made some homeland security meeting minutes with everyone else that submitted to that org lol).

        I highly suggest more people submit them because: 1. they are easy, 2. they piss people off (i worked at NASA for a spell), 3. they are fun, 4. they are participating in the civic process, and most importantly 5. the content generated requires review by leaders, which takes away from the time that they can work on other damaging activities. Edit: and 6. If for any reason this administration should stop honoring the FOIA process, that is further validation that it is time to start dumping tea in some harbors.
