I guess to be fair I was never really a stickler for any particular method; I’m just a lot more open to a lot of them.

    The thing is, I do agree with the moral equivalence. Biden committed genocide. Trump is committing genocide. Biden set up Trump to do all the right wing cultural stuff by never actually wielding power and doing things like stacking the courts, codifying Roe v Wade, etc. Biden set Trump up for the push on immigration with his own rampant deportation program, failing to shut down Gitmo, non-action on legalizing drugs, and ramping up of police budgets under his admin.

    There’s clear continuity of agenda between the admins. I don’t deny that there’s a difference, but if you think the difference is significant enough that your political calculus is anywhere in the realm of “we need a Democrat again but good” then you need to read Lenin’s Bourgeois and Proletarian Democracy.
