    I love how the direction of the sun is so evident. I can almost feel the temperature in this painting.

    This looks great, and please do post more (and tell us a bit about the residency if you fancy).

    The photo of this one is a bit blurry though, which is a shame as I’m sure there’s some lovely detail in there :)

        I’m not sure to be honest - I’ve not noticed it myself through either the feddit.uk website or Jerboa (Android Lemmy App) - though I’ve generally only uploaded a few pictures of cats, rather than an artwork people might want to zoom into.

        It’s also possible some of the lemmy instances might compress images more than others, or some of the other mobile phone apps may do something differently. It does seem to convert things to webp, so some conversion is definitely happening in there.
