As long as they are prepared to fight back with zingers like “I’m sorry I don’t have a plane to give you”, I’m good with it.

I think that joke in on them. There is a reason the are selling- and giving them away: Those things became way to expensive to operate.

That doesn’t matter, US taxpayers will cover the cost.

Including the retrofitting that costs more than the plane itself.

    TL;DR:

World leaders are rethinking White House visits after Trump’s confrontational tactics turned diplomatic meetings into political ambushes. South African President Cyril Ramaphosa was blindsided by Trump pushing debunked far-right claims about “White farmer genocide,” complete with a dramatic, lights-dimmed slideshow of sensationalized headlines.

The pattern mirrors Zelensky’s tense Oval Office grilling earlier this year, because of this repeated intimidation a White House invitation now carries reputational risk.

I know this one doesn’t say a lot that the headline doesn’t but I’m still putting it here to save people the trouble of reading the article.

I wish I was a state leader of a country so I could go in there and fuck with him. Maybe I’ll social engineer my way in there telling some dumb staff am from Wakanda.

The U.S. is going to be a country no one wants to interact with in any way. It’s going to have worse problems than North Korea, but it’s not going to have a bigger country like China to provide it aid. Things are going to get really bad.

After the attacks on Canada, this Canadian won’t be helping. They can put out their own fires and rebuild their own hurricane smashed houses. I’ll be up here giggling at their hubris.

They had it all and they threw it away. Fucking idiots.

No one wants to but they well. Who do you replace the US with? There is no one it has the biggest economy. If it goes into a depression it’s pulling everyone else down with it.

I posit that they should be clamoring to get on the stage with Trump. He ends up looking like more of a loser every time.

Exactly. If I were a world leader, I’d want to have a video of him sitting next to me in the Oval Office, ignorantly bloviating about stuff he has no clue about. All of us world leaders could sit around the bar at the next big summit meeting, playing videos on our phones and laughing at his wild assertions.

“I wish I had a plane to give you.” Fucking HILARIOUS!

        Haha

I meant more like they gain political clout and their polling numbers go up among voters when their people see the clip of them standing up to trump. The clip with a catchy verb in all caps

“Many say”…hmmm. This sounds like Trump. How many? I’d love to believe it, but I won’t until I see it.
