Oxygen Not Included has toilets and people shitting the floor if they can’t get to one. Abiotic Factor has a pooping mini game you have to play when you use the toilet, which is not super often but more so than I’d like.
You can also use the fecal sludge as fertilizer or just dump it on the ground creating a health risk for your colonists or maybe just some super fucked prisoner torture system.
I haven’t checked but I promise there are Stalker mods that add shitting mechanics
I can’t think of any games other than The Sims that have actual shitting mechanics.
Prison Architect has toilet mechanics. They can overflow or prisoners can use them to dig tunnels if the pipes are too big.
Death Stranding has poop grenades. Metal Gear Solid V, your horse can poop, and the poop can spin enemy vehicles.
Now that you mention it, Monster Hunter has poop bombs and they’re a pretty important item to carry
