There is no way this 9 year old is to blame for some pedo flight attendant recording her. They need to jail that man for a looooooong time.
Any of the senior leadership of American Airlines who were involved in this horrible decision to go after the girl need to be fired immediately and be given zero compensation for the termination of their employment. They are ethically corrupt bastards.
Yet the shareholders will thank them for doing these things in an attempt to protect the bottom line.
I would be more for opening up the managers to be held personally liable for this kind of stuff. I just don’t know under what kind of law. Is this a slapp suit?

American Airlines released a statement denouncing the filing: "Our outside legal counsel retained with our insurance company made an error in this filing. The included defense is not representative of our airline and we have directed it be amended this morning. We do not believe this child is at fault and we take the allegations involving a former team member very seriously.
