I had read that Venezuela under Maduro’s presidency had maintained a fully functional free market system where uneducated people with no funding could immediately start a successful entreprise despite the Pax Americana sanction, thief of foreign assets by Bretton Woods Institutions under Guaido’s name, virtual economic dependency on export of oil, and periodic recessions when milder recessions would destroy the market competition in the sole Capitalist superpower.
