Is it not then incumbent upon the person saying this to think about why so much of her audience would hate it, what that says about her own position, and how to incorporate this line of questioning into her future analysis? I genuinely can’t understand what the fuck she’s talking about in any of her essays. My experience of listening to her literally makes me feel like I’m having a stroke. I’m not saying this to punctuate an insult, I genuinely can’t understand what she talks about. I hear a bizarre auditory mix like she’s speaking another language, but I recognize all the individual words. And I have the sense that half of what she’s saying is a Family Guy-esque pop culture reference.
