I find it difficult to believe every chinese phone maker is evading taxes. It’s also questionable how they manged to give an employee owned company, Huawei, a 0 for company ethos.
The fact that the actual research is paywalled, and a lot of the scores seem to be about having the correct documents on your website, makes me a little sceptical of this.

Being employee owned doesn’t magically make you a good company
And being unionized doesn’t make you magically have higher wages, but they’re still highly correlated
