Laws are just excuses to blame the victims of your regime. To divide the people so they participste ij their own oppression, let you take them o!e by one.
Not all laws. There are plenty of laws that are a good thing, even in a bad regime. Laws like vehicle wof standards, or anti perjury laws seem universally good.
The concepts are good, but in a system perverted from justice, you cannot trust the laws to be enforced correctly or legislated properly. Like how copyright has been perverted into virtually nothing entering the public domain for a couple generations thanks to Disney.
